Our Board

Our lived experience, advocacy, and volunteer efforts help us support the greater Fargo-Moorhead queer community.

LexXavier (they/fae)

As someone who falls aloing many intersections, it has always been LexX’s duty to walk as much as they talk… that’s a lot of walking! LexX believes in the safety of BLK and brow queer/trans folks. “I believe we should be making our community accessible, and holding those in positions of power accountable for their words and (non)action.”

LexX is a proud fat BLK and Choctaw Two-Spirit person. They will NEVER roll over and take it - and we love them for it (the rest of the board). They are a fierce advocate, friend, and organizer.

President
Treasurer

JJ (he/him)

JJ is a lifelong Fargo-Moorhead resident and has been active on and off in the Queer community for the last couple of years.

He is excited to contribute to cultivating community and solidarity between different LGBTQIA+ and 2SBIPOC groups.

Board at Large

Toni (they/she)

As a queer, disabled artist, Toni does everything in their power to help those in our community through voice amplification and support. Hailing from Vegas, Toni has lots of experience with planning events; if you have been to our TDOV events or a Tristate TDOR, you have been to one of Toni’s events. They are a shoulder to cry on, an ear to listen, and have no problem taking off their earrings if hands are needed.

We encourage you to support their artwork, @emberseccentricities.

Board Member

Finn (they/them)

Finn loves the San Antonio Missions cat, and the community in Fargo-Moorhead. In their little free time, they love to travel, be in community, watch documentaries, and make art. They will take every opportunity to share Evil Larry with you, and strongly dislike James.

Finn identifies as part of the diaspora of Mexican-American, Queer, and Feminist. You cannot dismantle the Master’s house with the Master’s tools, and liberation for one is liberation for all. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Women and Gender Studies as well as Psychology, and are currently obtaining their Master’s in Human Rights.

Nick (they/he)

Nick (they/he) is a passionate abolitionist, photographer, and vocalist. With his Asian heritage and love for hardcore music, he brings much needed insight on how we can be more intentional when we organize. They aim to create a truly Marxist group once they complete their move.

We encourage you to support their band, BOOMSLANG. You can keep up with their upcoming shows on Instagram @boomslangnd
